Born and raised in Virginia, Ray's journey began in the coal mining industry, where he not only owned and operated two mines but also developed a deep understanding of efficient material transport via conveyor systems. His hands-on experience has translated into a remarkable ability to design and install complex conveyor systems across various terrains and industries, spanning coast to coast.
Ray's exceptional skill set is a testament to his 'Jack of all trades, master of all' philosophy. His extensive qualifications, including Master Electrician, Master HVAC, and Master Plumber licenses, alongside certifications in heavy highway construction, erosion control, and mine management, showcase his broad expertise. Ray's comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, demonstrated by his qualifications with FEMA, DMLR, DMME, DOT, and PSA, ensures projects are executed with the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Ray’s past experience as a Preparation Plant Foreman, and First Class Mine Foreman adds to his extensive mining background.
